The command line tool (Sc4SAPCmd.exe) can process XML files to execute functions of Sc4SAP on OS level.
This extends the possible uses of the tool, as a variant does not need to be created for each call
and the command line tool can be used very flexibly via XML files.

The XML schema can be found in the supplied file Sc4SAPCmd.xsd.

Besides the possibility to create the XML files with a text editor, a big advantage is the possibility
to create the XML files in applications. XML support is available in many programming languages such as
Java, Javascript, Python and many more.

You can find more information in the program documentation and at https://www.shortcut-it.com/sc4sapcmd.html.

In this folder you will also find some examples.

To use the command line tool with an XML file, simply pass the name of the XML file as argument.
Example:
  sc4sapcmd.exe H:\SAP\scripts\PX1_SaveSystemSpecificData.xml
